  2. Three graded profiles

    Résumé, intro video, graded notes, drill scores, HIPAA certificate. You see the work, not just claims.

  3. You interview, you choose

    Meet the shortlist yourself. We do not assign anyone. Same person every shift, no rotating pool.

  4. Shadow week, then live

    Two days shadowing your workflows, then live with a manager check-in at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Flat and all-in. No placement fee, no revenue share, no minimum term. You approve hours weekly and cancel with two weeks’ notice.
