About

Built by nurses who took the night shift first.

Rypollete Vargas started as a group chat. A handful of Filipino RNs, already working US practices from home, trading prior-auth scripts and payer quirks after their own shifts had ended.

The curriculum is that group chat, graded. Every workflow in it was written by someone who was doing it that week — and every mentor still works a live clinic, because nobody should teach a workflow they stopped doing.

What we hold to

Four rules we do not bend.

Graded, not watched

Every claim we make about a graduate points at work a clinic can open and inspect.

No patient data, ever

Training runs on synthetic charts. The rule is absolute, and it is week two for a reason.

Skilled work, fair pay

No passive-income talk. Rates are posted, raises are tied to badge level, we take no cut of your salary.

Mentors still on shift

Nobody teaches a workflow they stopped doing. If a mentor leaves the floor, they leave the curriculum.
